Ellie stays busy with her family and her golden retriever, Abby. Ellie has two sons, Jonathan and David. Jonathan is currently attending the University of Virginia and David is in aviation with the Navy. After graduating from New York University, Ellie began her career in IT and then went to get a law degree and began working in the legal field. She then owned a few dry cleaning business in the garment district before relocating to the Washington, DC area to own and operate a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Ellie is excited to return back home and serve New York City.
Originally from the Dallas/Ft Worth area in Texas, Lance relocated to the Washington, DC area after college where he began his career in management consulting. After a couple of years in consulting, he then went to work with Ellie at her previous Chick-fil-A restaurant in Fairfax, VA prior to relocating to New York City. An avid drummer, Lance enjoys attending concerts and volunteering at local churches. Lance is also passionate about the positive influence that good leaders are able to have in a person's life.
Originally from Guatemala, Hector has worked in restaurants for most of his career. He first started working for Ellie Kim in 2013 as a Team Member at her previous restaurant in Fairfax, VA. During his time there, Hector worked his way up to a Quality Director position and consistently achieved perfect scores on health inspections, food safety inspections, and quality audits. When he is not working, Hector enjoys both playing and watching soccer. Hector also enjoys good pupusa and carne asada. Hector is very passionate about restaurant cleanliness, kitchen operations, and food quality and safety.
